Terms of service set out what Volcce Mod's real-time voice changer software provides, and what it does not.

Effective date

These terms take effect on 9 September 2026 and apply to every visit to volccemod.info from that date, and to every inquiry sent through the form on contact.html from that date onward. If you used the site before that date, the version posted at the time of your visit governed that visit; this version governs everything after it.

Who we are

These terms are between you and Volccemod, trading as Volcce Mod, of 61 Station Road, Werkstatt 2, Austin, Texas 09133, United States. We build and support real-time voice changer software: a desktop engine for Windows and macOS, and a mobile companion for remote soundboard triggering. We are a software company, eight years running, not a reseller of someone else's audio SDK.

Service scope

Volcce Mod provides real-time voice changer software: a DSP engine that runs on your own machine and exposes a processed microphone feed to any application that reads a system microphone, plus preset voices, pitch and formant controls, a sample-based soundboard, hotkey triggers and a mobile app for triggering samples remotely during a stream. That is the whole product. We do not provide a scene switcher, an overlay designer, camera filters, chat-bot tooling, hosting for your stream, or any cloud voice-processing service — the core voice-changing path runs on-device and we do not operate a server-side substitute for it. Full specification detail sits on product.html, which is the only page carrying the complete spec table.

Inquiries, not orders

Nothing is sold and no payment is taken on volccemod.info. Every figure you see next to a tier — per seat, monthly, one-time add-on, or a custom seat count — is a pricing basis, offered so you can judge whether to ask further, not a binding quote. Submitting the form on contact.html creates an inquiry, nothing more. A person on our support desk reads it and replies by phone or email, usually inside one business day, with the terms that would actually apply to your seat count and use case. An order exists only once you and that person agree those terms in writing, separately from this site.

Fees and currency

Every basis quoted on this site is in United States dollars. Volcce Mod Core is priced per seat, billed monthly, on self-serve inquiry. Studio FX Pack is a one-time add-on licence layered on top of an existing Core seat. Streamer Bundle is priced per seat, monthly, at its own streamer-tier rate. Business & Call-Centre Licence has no number on this site at all; it is quoted per deployment, by seat count, in writing, after we understand what you are running. A price changes with seat count, contract term and any add-on you choose — never silently, and never after an order is confirmed without your agreement.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Volcce Mod to impersonate a specific real person without their consent, or to defraud, harass, or evade a legal process.
• Do not attempt to break, decompile, or resell the engine, or run it behind a service that resembles our own product to third parties.
• Do not send more than a reasonable number of inquiries through the contact form for purposes other than a genuine sales question — the honeypot fields on that form exist to catch exactly this, and a submission that fills them is discarded.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or republish the text or photographs on this site without permission; see section 07.

We reserve the right to refuse to quote, sell to, or continue supporting anyone we reasonably believe is using the software this way.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, diagrams, and the Volcce Mod name and mark on this site belong to Volccemod, or are used under a licence that permits their use here. Nothing on this page grants you a right to copy the site's copy, its photography, or its logo into your own material. The desktop and mobile applications themselves, once you hold a seat, are licensed to you for the use described at the point of sale — this site does not itself grant an application licence, only the right to inquire about one.

Disclaimers

This site and the inquiry process are provided as is. We do not warrant that the site will be free of interruption, that every browser or screen size renders it identically, or that the software will be compatible with every voice chat platform's API at every future date — we patch inside a week when a platform changes its interface, which is a maintenance commitment, not a promise that no gap will ever occur between a platform's change and our fix. The 12ms figure quoted elsewhere on this site was measured on a mid-range laptop at 48kHz and will vary with your own hardware; it is not warranted as a fixed result on every machine.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the law of Texas, Volccemod's liability arising from your use of this site, or from an inquiry sent through it, is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount you have actually paid us for the seat or licence in question in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost streams, lost sponsorship revenue, or lost recordings, arising from the site or the software's use.

Termination

We can refuse or withdraw access to this site, decline to answer an inquiry, or end a support relationship at any time if we reasonably believe section 06 has been broken, if an account or seat is used for a purpose outside the scope in section 03, or if a payment for a licensed seat is not made under the separate agreement covering that seat. Ending access here does not cancel an existing paid licence agreement, which is governed by its own terms once signed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from this site or these terms is heard in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas, and you agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the product, the pricing basis, or the law requires it. A revision carries a new effective date at the top of the page in section 01; we do not silently backdate a change or apply a stricter term to an inquiry sent before the revision went live. Material changes affecting an existing paid licence are communicated directly by email, not only through this page.

Warranty reference

The full guarantee clause — what Volcce Mod fixes, by when, and what it explicitly will not cover — is written out on product.html, next to the tier it applies to, and is not duplicated here. In short: a fault in the desktop engine that reproduces on our side is patched or worked around, and a break caused by a voice chat or streaming platform changing its own API is patched inside a week of us reproducing it. What is not covered: hardware faults in your microphone or headset, a platform withdrawing an integration outright, and any issue on an operating system version we no longer support.
